We build our furniture by hand and stand behind our work. Triassic guarantees its custom made products against defects in material or manufacture for five years. Qualified defects will be repaired or replaced at company’s option, at no cost to the customer. Customer is responsible for transportation to and from service location.
We guarantee our wood finish, under recommended conditions of use, against defects in composition or application for one year.

We use an organic seed oil, citrus oil and local bee’s wax mixture that we blend in house.
We recommend soap and water for cleaning and oil for care- you can purchase our oil or use any block oil as the wood dulls or looks dry
Dogbane cord has been found in our area that is thousands of years old. That said if you wear it every day and shower with it it will last about a year. If you take it off frequently it should last for years.
We take each project and customer seriously and want to produce the best quality goods we can. This can take time. If we have the material we need and the wood is dry we can get started on your project within a few weeks. if we have to source your material or the wood you want has to be milled to your specification that may take time and then it is up to nature and the power of the sun to dry your wood. Then we can get started. Some projects take a day or two, some take months. As part of our estimating process we will give you a good idea of when you can expect your project to be completed.
We have our own in-house tree service that performs all of the traditional functions of a tree service but also supplies our sawmill and wood shop.
Some of our material comes from our families collections, some from private quarries and private property. The large boulders come from the La Sal Mountains near Moab or Torrey, Utah.
We package to UPS standards and ship anywhere in the US. You assume all responsibility for damaged goods if you accept a damaged shipment. Triassic will not accept responsibility for damaged shipments once they are accepted by purchaser. Triassic will repair qualified damages at company’s option, at no cost to the customer. Customer is responsible for transportation to and from service location.
In store Refund Policy:
You may receive a total refund of any monies for products purchased in our retail store only if you cancel the order within 48 hours of the date of purchase. All other refunds will be made by check and mailed from our main office. Purchases by credit can only be credited to accounts with receipt. If you do not cancel the sale within 48 hours only 80% of the purchase will be refunded to you. No refunds are given after a year. You cannot return an item for a refund once it has been used.
Deposits on custom orders are non-refundable.
Once a custom order has been delivered, you have 48 hours to request a return if you are not happy with the item.
Refunds will be for the amount of merchandise and tax, but not the delivery charge. The initial deposit will be held as a re-stocking fee. There will be no refunds or returns on merchandise after 48 hours of delivery. Items delivered via UPS must be returned via UPS at the customer’s expense. Our in store sales team will give you further instructions for returning your merchandise. You are responsible for returning the merchandise in the condition that it was delivered. Document all issues or damages as soon as you receive item and send information explaining your issue directly to our sales staff at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include a copy of your sales invoice with return. Returns will be made at the discretion of Triassic.
